Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making this website usable for everyone, the standards we target, and how to report a barrier.

Interim disclosure

This page is an interim disclosure maintained by Merge & Acquire. It describes current practice in good faith and is not counsel-approved final legal terms, and it is not legal, tax, or investment advice. The applicable contracting entity, governing law, licensing arrangements, and fee terms for any matter are supplied in the signed engagement or listing documentation for that matter, which prevails over this page.

Our commitment

We aim to provide an experience that is usable by the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we do

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, and one primary <main> per page.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, dialogs, and forms with visible focus.
  • Colour contrast meeting AA thresholds for body text and interactive elements.
  • Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels on primary controls.
  • Labelled inputs, useful error messages, and instructions before submission.
  • Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
  • Responsive reflow at 320 CSS pixels and 200% zoom.

Known limitations

We are still improving alt text on legacy imagery, live-region announcements on some dynamic filters, and keyboard trap behaviour in a small number of dialogs. If you find a barrier, please report it — we will prioritise fixes.

Report a barrier

Email compliance@mergenacquire.com with the page URL, a description of the barrier, and (if possible) the assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and will tell you what we can do and when.
